We deliver fresh organic seasonal vegetables.  Those vegetables are mainly provided from contracted farms which are located in the scenic mountainous area of Northern India such as Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.  We grow varieties of vegetables from fresh greens to hearty root crops depends on the season.  


Hereafter, we introduce two farms

Our farm in Uttarakhand  















A village in the mountains at an altitude of 1200m.

Due to the cold winter, only half a year can be farmed, so farming is more planned than on flat ground.


The water is very delicious natural water drawn from the mountains, the air is clear (the roads in the village are almost free of cars), the soil is black and soft and full of earthworms. Vegetables made in such a land are soft and delicious.

Japanese leek, cabbage, mountain potato, burdock, green shiso, radish, green soybean, pumpkin, bracken, chia seed, soybean, kinako, Japanese rice, mountain dahl beans, miso





Our farm in Himachal Pradesh

In this production area at an altitude of 700m, vegetables come out almost all year round except during the rainy season. Another feature is that there are many vegetables that can be used for Japanese vegetables and salads. 

Although the village is in a peaceful rural area, the greenhouse is well managed and the taste is outstanding.
